returns & exchanges

In an effort to reduce waste & provide a wider range of merchandise options, all physical products in my shop are made to order. This means that nothing is kept in stock, and returns will not be accepted for reasons of buyer’s remorse. Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days from when your order is received. Being a small business means my shop is a lot like Etsy, and a-not like Amazon :)

For this reason, it is recommended that you fully review the sizing options listed under each item, as well as the sizing selections you may choose while shopping. Making products on demand instead of in bulk can mean lengthier shipping times, but it helps reduce overproduction, so your thoughtful purchasing decisions are greatly appreciated!

damaged items

Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be accompanied by a photo of the items in question, and submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be a production error are fully covered.

incorrect address

If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address has been confirmed with you (if and as applicable).
